Q.01Is it free?+

Yes — the solo match and shared Crew verdict are free. For the first 100 offer customers, the optional human-checked Trip Dossier is £4.75 instead of £19 and the organiser Crew Pack is £7.25 instead of £29. Both are one-off purchases, with no subscription or commissions.

Q.02Do I need an account?+

No. You leave an email at the end so we can send your result, and that’s it. No password, no app, no “verify your phone number”.

Q.03How does Crew mode work?+

The organiser sends one link. Everyone answers privately without an account. Once two people are in, Trip Decider balances the group’s budgets and preferences and returns one shared verdict — not a vote or another shortlist.

Q.04Are the prices live?+

No, and we won’t pretend they are. The free match gives realistic ranges. Paid plans include a flight-price window a human has actually checked within the last 48 hours.

Q.05How are matches picked?+

Your answers score you against six traveller types, then we filter a hand-built shortlist of destinations by your budget, flight tolerance and who’s coming. No black box — a good shortlist, honest matching, checked by people who travel.
